Founder
Aaron Tolete, also known as Ace Winters, is a creative from the East Coast. Born in Manhattan, New York and currently based in Central Jersey, he grew up surrounded by different cultures, environments, and stories that shaped how he sees creativity and the world around him.
He’s someone who stays inspired through everyday life. He listens to new music daily, always looking for new artists and sounds that he hasn’t heard before. He watches films constantly, studying different styles of storytelling and how visuals can shape emotion. Traveling and meeting new people is a big part of his life too, not just for the experience, but for the connections and perspectives that come with it.
His work in video and photography comes from that same curiosity. He enjoys working on creative projects whether they are solo or group based, and always makes sure the final product gets delivered with intention and care. For him, it’s not just about creating something that looks good, but something that feels real and complete.
He’s also very family oriented and values his friends deeply, always making time for the people who matter to him. Personal growth is a big part of his mindset as well. He tries to become a better version of himself every day, living by his motto: “Every day is a new chance to change your life.”
